How we handle information on this website — in plain language.

This policy explains what Akira Web Solutions (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit akirawebsolutions.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what helps us run our business and respond to you — and to be honest about it.
Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form, we collect the name, email, phone number, and message you submit. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and follow up about working together. We don’t sell it.
Information we collect automatically
Like most websites, we record basic technical information about each visit using our own first-party analytics (no third-party advertising pixels): your IP address, the pages you view, the site or link that referred you, campaign (UTM) tags, your general location (city/region), browser and device type, and timestamps. We store a first-party cookie (named avid) so we can recognize your device across visits and understand how people move through the site. We store a hashed version of your IP address, not the raw address.
Website visitor identification
We use your IP address — on its own and through third-party data services — to identify the company or organization associated with your visit, so we can understand which businesses are interested in our services and, where appropriate, reach out. When you provide identifying information (for example, by submitting our contact form), we may associate your website activity with you.
In addition, when you visit our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other information they or others have about you, including by association with your email or online profiles. How we use information

Service providers we share with
We share information only with the vendors that help us run the site, and only as needed for them to provide their service — including our hosting provider, database provider, an IP-intelligence provider (to resolve the organization behind an IP address), and our email provider (to deliver and reply to inquiries). We do not sell your personal information for money.
Your privacy rights (California — CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of it, to correct it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Data retention
We keep inquiry and analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the email below.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
